Leadership

The church is led by the Council of Pastors.

Every ordained pastor of the local churches sits on the Council. It is headed by the president, with an executive team of five.

Council of Pastors

The Council of Pastors is the main governing body of the Evangelical Church in Macedonia, which consists of all ordained pastors. The Council of Pastors is headed by the president with his executive team.

The Council currently has 22 pastors.

President

The president of the Evangelical Church is Petre Petrov. He is also the pastor of the Evangelical Church in Shtip.

About the pastor

Executive team

The executive team consists of five members from the Council of Pastors. This body is elected and headed by the president and serves to assist him in his daily responsibilities, plans and decisions.

Vice-president

The denomination also has a vice-president.

Presidents over the years

1988Dimitrije and Cveta Papadić lead the church in Skopje, Budimir and Asteria Jakić the church in Shtip.

1994Mircho Andreev takes the pastoral role in Skopje and becomes president of the denomination.

2020After the death of Mircho Andreev, Petre Petrov is elected president.
